ok so i am reciving an artical 15 for being drunk in my apt underage and missing formation it a compnay grade but the thing is i am cleared my unit and all i have left to do is finnal out of post can they do that if iam alreay cleard of the unit by my company commander
You are accountible to that commander until either your ETS date oe the time you 'sign in' to your new unit.
And if you think that you can get away with this - they can institute a 'flag' that causes you to be held over at your current station untill your legal proceedings (and punishment) is complete.
